This allows maximum flexibility in designing a program that will most closely match your professional goals, while adhering to the quality and rigor of Walden's General Program. The program includes: faculty-guided research based on your professional interests and background, online courses focused on building your scholarly skills, and face-to-face residencies that prepare you for each phase of your program. Specializations are available in Accounting, Engineering Management, Finance, Leadership and Organizational Change, Operations Research, Self-Designed, Information Systems Management, Knowledge Management and Learning Management.
