Quality and Convenience:
A 2012 survey by the Graduate Management Admission Council indicates that:

  • 77% of the class of those that earned an MBA in 2011 as surveyed by the Annual Alumni Perspectives viewed their degrees as essential for obtaining their first job after graduation and 81% are satisfied or very satisfied with their current job.
  • 82% of all MBA alumni, including 86% of full time MBA's, say their promotion came faster than or when they expected. 79% report that having graduate management degree offers greater job stability is a weak economy.
  • An overwhelming majority of MBA alumni from the classes of 2000-2011 report good to outstanding career outcomes from their degree in the areas of qualitative (96%) and quantitative (93%) skills, preparation for their chosen career (90%), opportunities for faster career advancement (88 %), improved job satisfaction (87%), and development of a professional network (86%).

Growth potential:
A 2012 survey by the Graduate Management Admission Council indicates that:

  • MBA graduates continue to command higher starting salaries compared with most master's graduates in 2012. The salary premium over those with a bachelor's degree is about $40,000.
  • Although compensation varies substantially by job position, industry, experience, and geographic region, 2012 MBA graduates (full-time, part-time, and executive MBA) surveyed in the Global Management Education survey expected to see an average salary increase of 71% over their pre-degree salary.
  • The degree's return on investment is also high. Across all MBA program types, MBA alumni from the class of 2011 recouped, on average, one-third of their financial investment in the first year after graduation. After approximately four years, alumni typically recoup their full investment.

Program Description:
Rosemont's MBA Program takes great pride in meeting the needs of our students by allowing them to choose from an online or on ground delivery format. Our faculty are expert practitioners who share their real world experiences with students in a collaborative learning environment.

The online MBA is in an accelerated format in that each course last seven weeks, 33 credits in total, and students can complete the degree requirement in less than 24 months. (18 months on average) The tuition is $615 per credit hour with a $35 general fee per credit hour. There are generally no prerequisites to course selection except that the thesis is completed at the end of the program. In addition the 33 credits are made up of 11 defined courses, so there are no electives within the program.
