Associate in General Studies

Students who are undecided about a career path, or who have accumulated college credit hours, will find an associate of general studies degree (A.G.S.) beneficial. The degree will provide you with a solid base and the ability to learn at the college level. This is a great degree for students looking to explore different career options.

Admission Requirements:

In-State Students

  • Open admission for all graduates of a Kansas accredited high school.
  • GED - An average test score of 450*

Out-of-State Students

As an out of state resident, you must meet one (1) of the following requirements:

  • Rank in Class Graduate in the upper 2/3 of your high school class
  • GPA - 2.00 or above on a 4.00 scale
  • ACT - A composite score of 14
  • SAT - A composite score of 930
  • GED - An average test score of 450*
