Program Description: The rationale behind all programs at HLGU are to: exercise a stewardship of learning that embraces all of its constituents, provide a strong educational experience, maintain high standards of academic and personal excellence in a biblically based Christian environment, promote the life of service in keeping with the example of Jesus Christ, and to serve additional needs of the community through continuing education.

The Child Development Program was developed to aid adults with an Associate’s degree or its equivalent to complete a Bachelor’s degree.  Each student takes one class at a time over a five week period. The student will stay with the same group of adult learners throughout the remainder of your degree program.  With a short-term commitment, students will enjoy the benefit of a Bachelor’s degree in as little as 18 months.
