Graduate Certificate in Holistic Health Studies

Georgian Court University offers a Graduate Certificate in Holistic Health Studies for students interested in the connections between the mind, body and spirit. Students need a minimum of 18 credits to obtain a certificate. If students want to continue their education to obtain their master's degree in holistic health, they must have a B average or higher in the certificate program and complete all admission requirements for the M.A. program.

Required Courses: (6 credit hours)

  • HH500: Anatomy and Physiology: A Holistic Approach
  • HH501: Foundations of Holistic Health

Electives: (12 credit hours)

  • Selected upon advisement

Admission Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Completed application packet with the following:
  • Completed application
  • Statement of intent of applicant's goals
  • Signed and sealed transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Personal admission interview
