The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Transformational Change program was the first program offered at Friends University for the working adult. It first began in 1988 and continues to be the most popular of our degree-completion programs today. The program also met the mission of Friends University, which is to provide the opportunity for high-quality learning in a delivery mode that is appropriate for a diverse population of students.

Program Description: The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Transformational Change (OLTC) focuses on enhancing transferable skills in the areas of communication, self-awareness, and leading group processes through collaborative teamwork. This degree provides students with a generalized Bachelor of Arts degree option that is applicable in a wide variety of industries and professions.
