The Organizational Leadership Program at California Lutheran University is offered as a bachelor's degree as part of the Adult Degree Evening Program (ADEP). CLU's ADEP program is designed for busy, non-traditional students who are looking to advance their career at their convenience.
The Organizational Leadership major creates effective and proactive leaders by developing their interpersonal, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. As part of ADEP's Organizational Leadership major, students will gain and practice supervision and leadership skills which are applied in organizations such as non-profit agencies, large and small business settings, government agencies, and professional and social services.
Graduates of the ADEP Organizational Leadership program have the leadership skills employers' value - effective communicators, critical thinkers, collaborative team builders, and excellent problem solvers. The ADEP Organizational Leadership can act as a stepping-stone for advanced degrees such as an M.B.A. or doctoral program in organizational development or leadership.
